Couple Therapy

Fall back in love with the conversation.

What couple therapy entails

Every couple argues — the difference between couples who thrive and couples who drift is rarely the topic, but the pattern. Our couple therapy helps you spot the cycle you get stuck in (pursue-and-withdraw, criticize-and-defend) and replace it with something kinder.

Sessions are 60 minutes with both partners and one therapist. You will practice real conversations in the room — slowed down, translated, and repaired in real time — so the skills stick when you get home.

What's included

Your program is shaped around your relationship, but most couples work through these building blocks:

  • Communication mapping — learning how each of you gives and receives care
  • Conflict repair tools for arguments about money, parenting, and intimacy
  • Trust rebuilding after distance, betrayal, or major life changes
  • Shared goals sessions — aligning on the future you both want

Our process

Weeks 1–2: Understand. Joint and brief individual conversations map your history, strengths, and stuck points. Weeks 3–8: Practice. Weekly sessions teach and rehearse new patterns with your therapist coaching live. Ongoing: Maintain. Sessions space out as new habits hold, with check-ins whenever life tests them.

Benefits couples notice

Partners tell us arguments get shorter and recoveries get faster. Affection returns first in small moments — a joke, a touch, an apology that lands. Most couples report meaningful change within eight to twelve sessions and keep improving long after therapy ends.
