Adult Services
Support for the weight adults carry.
What adult therapy entails
Careers, caregiving, grief, identity shifts, burnout that sleep can't fix — adult life asks a lot and rarely pauses. Individual therapy gives you fifty focused minutes a week to set the load down, make sense of it, and decide what changes.
We draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance-based approaches, and mindfulness, matched to your personality and goals. This is practical work: you will leave sessions with tools, not just insights.
What's included
Your plan is personal, and commonly covers:
- Burnout recovery — boundaries, energy, and sustainable pace
- Grief and loss support that honors your timeline, not anyone else's
- Identity and life-transition counseling for new chapters
- Depression and low-mood care with measurable progress tracking
Our process
Session 1: Map. Your history, current pressures, and what “better” looks like. Sessions 2–6: Build. Weekly work on coping strategies, thought patterns, and habit shifts. Ongoing: Sustain. Reviews every six sessions keep therapy tied to your goals — ending well is part of the plan.
Benefits clients notice
Sleep steadies, decisions get easier, and the Sunday-evening dread loosens its grip. Clients often describe feeling like themselves again — clearer at work, more present at home, and equipped for the next hard season without starting over.
